We will hold your hand by meeting with you 3 times a week to set and review the goals it takes to reach your ultimate goal weight.
Do you have your planning under control but really are looking for accountability without a lot of time to commit? We will check your meal plans, check in once a week, and provide fitness plans and goals which we'll tailor to your needs. You'll get all Zumba classes and strength training workouts with Vee as well.
Vee Benson-Platt (aka "Vee), Co-CEO & fitness & nutrition coach of GoalGetters, started my journey in 2009 at 320lbs. After losing 100lbs, fell on love with fitness, became apart of the industry in 2013 & teamed up with "Trii" in giving women their lives & health back!
